Although the landscaping season may be winding down, things are hopping around here as construction began last week on our new building to house our Reder Landscaping offices!
This is big news for us and we are really excited about it. If you follow us on FaceBook you may have seen some of the videos we’ve posted about the initial phases of construction.
This new building is something we’ve been envisioning since we first bought our current property back in 1992. Back then it was only a dream. In 2006 we got more serious about it and had some plans drawn up when our business really began to grow, but the economic downturn of 2007 made us a little nervous about pulling the trigger.
Now everything about our business has grown to the point where our original 1200 square foot building is just too small. We now offer more services, have more customers, more employees on our crews, more office personnel, more designers, more vehicles – and we want to have room to grow to continue to serve our customers even better in the future. With our new building of 6000 square feet, plus our original building, we’ll have 7200 square feet of space that will allow us to do that.
This building is an important milestone in the history of Reder Landscaping, and we’re very grateful for our wonderful customers and employees that have made it possible.
