It’s that time of year once again!
The Home Builders Association of Midland is putting on their annual Spring Parade of Homes this weekend and next (May 7,8 and 14,15). The homes on the Parade will be open for viewing on these date from 1-5 pm, and admission is FREE!
There is one house on the Parade that we feel is a “must see”, especially if you’re a fan of beautiful landscaping. The address is 712 Sterling Drive in Midland. Designed and built by Reder Landscaping, our work outdoors on this project is as spectacular as the house itself.
Some features of the landscape include:
- Masonry stone walls
- Fieldstone boulder walls
- Outcropping natural stone steps
- Both brick paver and natural flagstone walkways
- Brick paver driveway with recirculating snow melt heat
- Multiple tier landscape planting beds
- Extensive planting
- Complete LED low voltage landscape lighting system
- Glass bead outdoor natural gas fireplace
Designed by Dave Fletcher, one of Reder’s talented Landscape Designers, you can learn more about this incredible project by checking out his Landscape Plan below + a collection of 16 “early spring” images of the new landscape.
